Yes, that’s right. I got the Tahoe fixed. The a/c went out last summer, but, since we live in WA, you don’t really need it. But, when I got back from our trip, the car started to idle rough and even died on me a few times thanks to it not being able to maintain the RPMs when at a stop sign or coming to a stop. So, after 5 days in the shop, the idle is fixed and so is the a/c. It was not a pretty check to sign, but it’s done and I’ve driven it all day today and it drives like it’s supposed to!! So nice.
I’m also very thankful we found a great place to go that is trustworthy and really works to find the best deal. They also have a customer loyalty program where you get 5% of your services back to use towards other services. And, after today, I could have like 6 oil changes for free! HAHA So, if you need a good place to go up here in WA, I found one that I would highly recommend, and they came recommended to us by someone who has gone to them for years. I just wish we had found this place sooner instead of going to the stupid dealership all those times (they weren’t that friendly or helpful!).
So, this completes task #71 on my list. Yeah!!
I’ve also started back to Weight Watchers. So, I’m on day 1. I know I have it in me to do this and get those 30 lbs off, but I’m a stress eater, and deployments definitely do not help with my stress. So, I’m just focusing on only keeping healthy foods in the house and limiting going out to eat. I know this works, but I just have to stick with it and fight the stress and frustration that comes with deployments. So, I’m posting it on here so all of you that read this can keep me in check on this journey and make sure I actually do it! HAHA

Yay for weight watchers!!! I’m doing it again too! (not going to meetings, just doing it on my own) I also KNOW it works because I too lost 30 lbs on it after I got married, so I am trying to do that again! 2 babies later, I just need to lose the extra weight again. Its going pretty well so far. Jacob is doing it with me so thats been helpful! Hope it goes well for you! Feel free to email me for support or help along the way! ~ Lisa
